The Vernier team has always been committed to quality and maintains an ongoing programme of investment in high technology production and testing equipment while applying the latest quality management systems.
The acquisition in 1984 of a presswork division, with wire and strip forming facilities, has enabled the company to offer to engineering buyers and designers the flexibility of a wider product range with just the same hallmark of quality.
The more recent acquisition of a spring, presswork and plastics company in 2003 and a presswork company in 2004 has increase Vernier’s capacity making it one of the largest in Europe and expanded our range into supplying plastic components and assemblies
Working to customers’ drawings and specifications, we supply precision springs, pressings, plastic components and assemblies in small or large volumes, to many of today’s key industries. These range from automotive, control and instrumentation, electrical and electronic to hardware, home entertainment and medical.

We achieved registration to ISO TS 16949 in May 2004. We are a recognised Investor In People and our current aim is to achieve ISO 14001 by the end of 2008
Our aim is to become a world class spring and presswork manufacturer. We aim to achieve this by adopting the latest quality and manufacturing techniques, encouraging a team approach involving all our employees and total customer satisfaction gained through the excellence of our product and service.
All of our production, quality and technical support teams have been trained in the latest quality techniques and, with the rigorous implementation of SPC and the installation of state of the art computerised testing equipment all the customers needs and requirements can be met.
The company is run using a fully integrated manufacturing and financial computer software that allows us to plan, manufacture and deliver to our customer schedules.
